Blogger.com is a free blog you can start which is owned by Google. This is a good way to join the Google Adsense affiliate program and get paid when people click on ads.
You can also make money by placing banners from some of the affiliate programs you have joined. When people click on the banner they are taken to your website and you make money when they complete the required action.
To get started think of a theme for your blog that revolves around something you are an expert at or you have a passion for. This will make it much easier for you to start writing some blog articles.
3. Blog writer for other bloggers. There are many ways to make money writing on the Internet, but blog writing is a very popular one right now.
It doesn’t take anything to get started writing blog articles for other bloggers. You can use your blog that you have just started as a sample of your writing ability.
It’s a good idea to join PayPal for free and use it as a payment processor. You can hang out in discussion forums relating to the theme of your blog and find other Internet marketers to write for. Big-Boards.com and The Warrior Forum are 2 good place to go.

For the newbie, it is probably too early to try and add an upgrade option to the free podcast because you are clearly not in any position to brand yourself as an expert just yet.
What you can do, however, is seek out some successful Internet marketers who are experts in their field and try to set up an interview with each of them using Skype.
